This is a good bank and its credit card is also good. Specially there internet banking. those of u who are not using this facility, are missing out on amazing service. pay ur card before time, transfer money instantly and to other beneficiaries as well
The investment services are super. they are doing well, bankers have good product knowledge and this is consistent with Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Pune. I have banked with all there branches in these cities and its a pleasure.
Loans are painful. I had a cheque bounce issue with the once due to signature issue, and my application of refinance on my personal loan was rejected. I am a power vantage customer with them from 1998. I have 2 accounts, credit card, loan and investments. This was sad and disappointing. No way to treat a customer.
