Clever to study customers. Review on HSBC - Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation

I have both savings and credit card with hsbc for four years.the savings service was nice but the card was not.initially they gave the card free for first year and when I went to surrender at the year end they said they will give me the card free again.i was happy and continuing the card for second year and again when the end of second year came {i didnt surrender }and they charged me for the card.when I contacted them they said they wont give free.if I should have told them to surrender before the end of my second year they should have given free what they did for me previously.so I will say they are clever.again they are sending the card by bluedart couriers where they will deliver directly to you and you cant go to their office and get it eventhough the card is yourself.so I lost my money for getting those addon cards which were send back to the bank since I was out of station.when the third year end came I told them I wish to surrender and again they are telling me if you continue it will be free for me for the next year.so I will again say they are clever enough and so my fellow members be careful with this bank which knows how to mesmerise the customers
