Whether a small startup or a company that has a large number of employees, well for the admin side it runs smooth but for the employee side it isn't what was promised, for every small or trivial issue the employees come running to me, and as a company admin I don't have the luxury of time to entertain the issue, I don't know what to say, just got mixed emotions about it, sad more & happy less.
