I purchased HP Slate 7 on 31-01-2015. Within a week I got problem like 3g network would get vanished and until I restart the device I would never get network.
I visited HP service center Indiranagar Bangalore on 04-03-2015. I was informed that motherboard has to replaced. After 14 days on 14-03-2015 I got a call saying part had reached and on same day motherboard was replaced. Now I am facing problem like my both 2g & 3g network goes off until I restart my Tab, I never get network back.
At service center also I saw 2 customer with same HP Slate 7 and those customers are also facing same problem.
My brother is using Samsung Tab 3 from past 2 Years and not even once any problem he has faced and I was referred same from him but I thought to go with new and something different from Samsung but now I think my choice is WRONG.
