HP Supplies US power plug with Probook in India

I bought a laptop yesterday from a retailer yesterday.


When I tried to connect the power supply, I found that the AC plug supplied is meant for US power outlet, where as I bought the laptop in India.


When I contacted HP online chat support, this is the response I received.


I am trying my best to get the issue resolved, so that HP starts supplying the right power plug.


So far it has been unsuccessful. Hope the issue gets fixed soon.
