I am Mahesh using this laptop. After one month of purchase it has started giving me problems & I have repaired it for 8-9 times in HP showroom but its not working. It was not booting up, sudden cras, upon shaking it will hang, etc are the problems.


Now I am at this stage that my laptop case is the sole original thing & rest is changed by the showroom and still the problems are continuing. Showroom people had utterly failed to identify the problem & just changed all the parts.


I strongly recommend not to buy this laptop.
