I had to write the review in pavilion dm3 thread coz there is no appropriate slot provided on web-page. Readers have to bear with.

I purchased HP pavilion dm-1 laptop worth Rs 25, 000/- (free carrybag as compliment), 3 months ago. One can go throu’ its features on HP-website, basically AMD Dual core E350 processor; 320 GB Hard Drive; 204MB DDR3. Home Windows7 Basic 64 bit installed; 11.6inch LED display; 6cell 55wthr battery.

Battery life is superb, keyboard very soft, minimal heat up, 1 month nortan trial, light weight, simply a good pick at this cost for all these features.

Only troublesome part is keyboard, if u are not used to the mini sized laptops; they have sacrificed “HOME, END, PAGE-UP, PAGE-DOWN” keys, which are very important if u type/surf fast. Also they have not provided 'indian rupee symbol' in keyboard.

These functions then have to be managed Fn-key assistance.
