I am using HP Pavilion 15 since many years ago. This laptop is slim & very attractive design in look wise. This laptop comes with metallic finish, which was very beautiful in look wise. But in this laptop, very much problem I faced in mouse. Mouse was working nice, but suddenly they was not working it, lagging issue much created it. The mouse comes with very bad quality. I have faced this problem always. The desture of the mouse is very poor not working it and lagging must be always appear. The battery backup is also very less approx 2 hour only in full charging. The screen is LCD, which not provide full angel view, which is poor for watching movies and angel should be changed it always for watching movie, because full angel view. This laptop is easy to use and very simple process for using it. The laptop reliability is very nice and I have sastifaction, but not fully. The is very expensive laptop, but this product is value for money except some issues. The service and support was good, but only available all the support in warrently period only.
