Hello I had purchased HP laptop in 2010 and still when I use it it is never been hang and still have battery capacity is 3 hours and the os which install it is certified and never became crash and I am listing song which is surrounding sound quality overall a good handy laptop its hads big hardisk size and you can make it full use and also very relible that your document will be there any time you can use it.
when I think about it I have only one word comes in my mind "Trustworty"
