I have purchase HP Laser Jet M1005 multi functional printer for my procurement department. Printer has features includes print copy & scan. Having all features under one printer save lot of space of desk and also very economical.
Printing and copying is black white but scanning can be done black & while as well as colouring. Speed is up to 14 page per minute. Recommended page per month is around 250 -2000.It also has 150 sheet input tray. It also has manual duplex printing features which helps to save paper incase both sides printing needs to be done. By default it comes with one year support but you can also go for three support directly from HP.
Overall HP laser Jet M1005 multi functional printer is best suited for department having size of 25-30 employees.
