I have using HP Laserjet m1005 printer since 20.10.2015 it is work very nice.I want a printer which work all like- xerox, scan and print.So I choose HP laserjet m1005. My friends also suggest me for buy it. It work amazing. One time the scaner of my printer is not not working. It showing SCANNER ERROR-12-12. Then I contact costumer care toll free no.
Then they told me for restore the setting of the printer. I had restored but it is not working. They gave me a complain no and told me a technician will be reach near you for repair printer at 3-4 for working day. After 3 days the mechanic came and repair successfully the printer. Now it work amazing. It very nice.
