Dear friends,
I will give my true experience about HP Intel Core i3-4005u RTL8723bE Laptop. Mainly I purchased it for my PPT presentations at the college. This was my first laptop and I not familiar with laptops and specifications at that time.
I feel some discomfort to use this product after one week. The main problem is the weight of the product. Compare to other brands, HP laptops are bulky and over weighted. The backside of the monitor is very rough and dusky. Only limited color choices are available for it. The company failed to provide an aesthetic look for their product.
Its looks very old just after two months of purchasing. The mouse pad is not smooth and stopped working after four months. The sound and clarity of the speakers are very low. Now I'm using separate speakers for better sound. The CD drive is not working properly. They installed the duplicate version of Windows operating system. So the system is always slow and stuck. It will suddenly stick when we are using the software. So I can't use it for my daily works properly. Now the keyboard also stops working. The funny fact is that I'm using Additional speakers, mouse and keyboard to operate my laptop.
Now you clearly understand the quality of the product. The battery capacity is very low. It is lasting only two and half hours. The Wi-Fi connectivity is very poor. We need to sit very near to the modem to get connection. The technology used in this laptop is very worst.
I'm totally disappointed to buy this product. So, request all of my friends doesn't buy this product and choose other brands.
