Today I had very bad experience with HP Gas,
First of all your website https://myhpgas.in/ is not working, so I have to raise complaint here.
I am calling to my dealer(ID 19635700) for confirmation of online payment, I am using same number given on mobile app for communication to dealer, there I am getting very bad reply from his employee and saying dont call on this number. when I am asking official another number he is replying "I dont know".
Then I visit to official site and found it is not working.
Then I called to Mumbai office on number 022-25544929 they replayed call to Aurangabad region.
I called Aurangabad on number 0240-2480417 no one is receiving this number.
Then I used another number given on site 0240-2485269 the person on this phone is receiving call and put receiver on table and dont reply It happened 3-4 times.
I again called to mumbai office they gave me another number 0240-2481850, I called on this and again no one received.
I again called to mumbai office they gave me customer care number of mumbai 022-23789069 now this time also no one received this call after tring for 3-4 times.
I dont know what is happening is it a company or just a joke please contact me if you are serious about my complaint and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
Also this is not first time I am complaining about hp-gas.
Also you really have very bad website as well as app please make it better and serve customer with pride and dignity.
