My printer HP Deskjet 1050 has not been working since Thursday morning. I called Hp customer support and spoke to Shubham in tech support.

He promised me that the tech support executive will visit my place before 48 hours however, I have not seen anyone coming till now. My case number is 4379327 and reference # 8067703666...

My product is under warranty and my work is getting hampered by this.... Ridiculous...
