The printer works fine. But the service was horrible. It was advertised that I would get 2 free cartridges on purchasing the printer. What they conveniently decided not to tell me is that I have to personally follow up with the printer manufacturer to procure these cartridges.
The printer manufacturer now wants 1. My Invoice(that has my address and my number) 2. The original bar-code from the box(a picture for some reason is not enough). Since the bar-code will not come off the box, I have to cut the box so as to preserve the bar-code. I then have to send these documents to Delhi and then hope that I receive the cartridges. When I spoke to the printer manufacturer's customer service, I was spoken to with utter rudeness. I would rather purchase this printer offline where the salesman can deliver on his offers personally! Very disappointed with the way this was handled.
