Heya all,

I ain't no computer geek, I just have some basic working knowledge on computers. I had to choose between a couple of different makes of computers. We required 3 sets. I decided to use one for myself, find out and get some first hand info on the HP. The second reason for me to choose a BRIO was because I was already printing with an HP LaserJet 2100 TN. My local computer vendor advised me of going in for a BRIO. I agreed, the computer arrived and was installed. For the first 5 days, my BRIO gave me no problems whatsoever. The sixth day arrived, and so did the problem. This was just the begining. My vendors advise about the HP printer working the best with the BRIO FAILED misrably. I started having a peculiar problem of shutting down my computer every night, before leaving office. It would just hang and I would have to shut through the plug point. Then the next day, the windows would take its own sweet time to begin with the days work, the reason being comp not shut properly the previous time, it would have been shut down. I've just about completed 2 months with the BRIO. The vendor's visited me several times. But, the printer problem and the shut-down problem still persists. And guess what, before the completion of the initial five days of me buying this BRIO, I had bought another two of em' and also had them installed. Well, I just hope the problem ends here. I am yet to find out, if this problem is 'ME' specific or is it 'BRIO' specific. So, if you are planning to buy a BRIO think not just twice, maybe thrice or even more.....
