I bought a new HP deskjet 4288 all-in-one and was expecting a quality product from a such a world renown company. But alas, after you open the package you rarely know that you have already been made a buffoon by this brand name. It has policy of making its customers regret every time he or she buys any printer product.
HP is shortchanging the customers by providing an empty cartridge with its new printer. Within a week of buying this printer, your cartridge will die printing less than 30 pages! . It is supposed to be a test cartridge if you ask the support guys. That means add 1000 bucks to the cost of printer and buy a new cartridge along with a printer so that your printer does what it is intended to do - PRINT. What is a printer or a copier good for without ink?
Nice little scam going on here. Bravo HP, you have lost another customer.
