I must say this is a complete mid range laptop. I am using this laptop since one and half years and no any issues I have noticed yet. HP is doing after sales support very nice way and helps when ever you calls the customer supports.
This laptop comes with windows 8.1 but after upgrading to windows 10 its become very wonderfull laptop. battery life is also very good. I am having backup of 3-3.5 hours even after one and half year of usage. It is having 4gb NVidia GeForce grafics card for heavy game play and games are played without any lags in it. I must say this is excellent laptop go for it.
