Hello dear friends today I m going to share a reviwes on hp 15 warrety .i bough a laptop in August 2017 from reliance digital noida in gip mall, 2nd floor from Mr. Naved( there sales representative) . I went there to buy a acer company laptop but there was a guy who tried to sale a laptop of hp company.I bought on reason convinced by Mr. Naved( Sales representative of Reliance digital) .He compared acer laptop with his offered HP laptop in details.Acer has 1 Year warranty.HP has 2 Years warranty+ 1 Year ADP( Accidental Damage Protection) .I bought after his convincing. But at the time of sales he passed me to another guy for billing and after paying I found changes in his behavior. After 10 minutes of sale. His behavior is totally changed . He tried to attending other customers but again when I tried to contact him regarding some gift of speakers he offered with laptop. He decline to talk and called some another sales men to attend me. I thought may be he was busy to attending other customers. I leaved those words and leave to mind that happened things.But strange thing has happened on 4th Jan 2018. When I called him for warranty issue. Which I found in HP service center because my laptops screen has damage due to some accident. I went to HP service center and talk to service advisor who told me my laptop has not registered in ADP warranty and it has only 1 year normal warranty. Advisor told me my laptop is 3 months old and it is in offer of ADP warranty but reliance has not updated HP for this machine ADP and suggested me to talk my sales dealer.When I visited Reliance store and trying to contact Mr. Naved then I got reply from reliance sales person to wait for 1& #146; 0 clock because Naved& #146; s duty start after 1 o& #146; clock. I did the same when Mr. Naved comes he said he cannot support regarding warranty because we have not registered online on HP website for updating lenovo purchase.After too much wording with him he has given me phone no of HP area manager Mr. Anurag and his floor supervisor Mr. Rajeev who came to support but Mr. Rajeev( Floor manager, reliance digital) decline to support. And I contacted Mr. Anurag( HP Area Manager) he tried but did not get any solution.Now I have a request to Lenovo customer care department for my ADP support.Reliance digital has fake employees. Because they are here to sale products only by saying lie. If registration of laptop online is mandatory then they have to tell customers or support customers to do it online.Because local computer dealers always support customers if registration of laptop for warranty is mandatory.Now Have a request to support because from past 5 month I am facing lot of issues. Please support for my Warranty issue. Now I m at home but I will call them .to support my warranty
