This is a laptop which has been purchased by my brother 6 months back and we found that the battery has been expired as the laptop is not getting charged even after being plugged in the cable.
This is user friendly but how can we say it is user friendly since this is not helping it's users to access the features of the laptop.
It is not a reliable product please do not buy such a bad laptop. Choose the other brands of the same price range.
The money is totally wasted as the laptop requires it's maintenance after 4 months and still after 6 months of the purchase we are facing the battery problem.
The services and support team is worst as they are not replacing it with anew one.
I would not recommend any one to buy it .
