I have been traveling in this for the past 4 years(mostly between Hyderabad and Pune). I can now say this is probably the best volvo operator I have seen in India. They are extremely punctual. Till now for me it has never got cancelled.
Thought the bus arrives from Mumbai, it comes at the same time everyday to Pune. I dont know how one can do that:-D
They welcome you on the bus with a pack of Potato Wafers, Good Day biscuits, One Litre bottle of "Kinley" water.
Their blankets are always clean. Comfortable interiors. The best part if whatever be the season, long weekends diwali time, whatever, their prices are always same.
During trips from Pune to Hydereabad they dont even stop for dinner. And they reach in less than 8-9 hours. They also have 2 televition screeens in the bus.
Wonderful Service in this service-less industry of Volvo operators.
Kudos to HKB.
I would recommend this without second thought.
