Racism and Rude behavior-by Munna, the travel agent based out of Pune office
If you have been frequently told that the bus is full...think again...the agent is selling the tickets at premium to his close associates.
I would like to bring to notice to all travelers of Pune to Hyderabad going to use HKB Travels(office located near Jahangir Hospital , Pune)....
The name of the this agent is Munna
1.)who refused to give the ticket 5 days before the Date of Journey saying that they don't issue tickets 5 days in advance...a total lie
2.)He told me that these tickets are for Regular travelers only and will not be given to ANYBODY----clear racism
THIS IS RACISM/DISCRIMINATION
I was horrified a.) because I have been a regular traveler and b.)I was already issued tickets 7 days in advance in the past by this same guy
Shocked < I somehow got the number of the Director, who spoke to this rude idiot and he then issued the ticket...that too the last one...WTF?
When I asked him to issue the return ticket, , , he again refused.
note that because of the high fare charged by other operators, it is quite obvious that this Munna is trying to sell the tickets at a premium to his close so called "regular customers"....This is clearly not acceptable....Everyone should have a right to buy the tickets and it should be a first come first serve thing....
Note that Munna's associate/junior informed me that there are tickets available when I enquired of the availability before I spoke to Munna who had gone to offer prayers(Namaz).Unfortunately, Munna did nit authorize his junior to issue tickets to anybody, and thats why I had to wait for Munna to return after his namaz (prayers)....No wonder, that this idiot plans to sell the tickets to his close associates , may be at a premium price...which is cheating to other customers
Also, this guy would ask you to come at a later date and then if you do so/even call to book, he would promptly say the bus is full...
Guys if you face the same situation, please talk to the director of HKB, His number is:9845037193 and have this sorted out...let him know what a basta.d this Munna is at Pune
I would be very happy if this guy is caught and sent to police...
