Operator was rude, no politeness. Bus accelerator was not working and they have arranged for another VOLVO Multi Axle Vehicle. Again there was a problem when the bus reached Solapur.They stop at very much sub standard hotel for dinner.
Semi Sleeper seats were not at all comfortable. One positive point is that they distribute water bottle and Potato wafers. Though they are reliable service provider, their quality is very much sub standard.
