U r secure. Review on HDFC Securities

I was introduced to HDFC securities quite accidently. I had gone to attend this seminar arranged by them in association with a mutual fuind company. The seminar was free, and was a defintite mine of information for me as regards to investing in mutual funds.Things which are not made clear in forms were cleared up out there. I was quite surprised and happy at the service provided by the employees of the company at their service center ( at Thakur Complex , Kandivali - Mumbai). For one thing, It impressed me at the swiftness at which they dealt with my queries etc. I have opened a triple account with them. This includes a bank account with trading and demat facility. The post operative service was good too.Gives a good feel. The documents pertaining to my account were all couriered to me. And their trading account is fast too. I have traded online with them for about a month now and am impressed. Their communication is fast. And the statements of my transaction are couriered to me the very next day. Their site is fast enough, and navigation is quite easy. For the new folks, u could either go to the nearest HDFC securities outlet for a demo or get one online, in the trading zone.

The only hassle with HDFC accounts ( the banking section ) is the lesser number of ATM's.Hope they improve on that soon. But other than that they r cool.
