Customer care people are not helping, they insulting customers. I'm NRI and want to close existing Demat ac, but the HDFC demat customer care need Hard copies, they dont know the world is accepting soft copies through email n all in order keep traceability.
Very poor service. I will not think again about HDFC demat account.
