Just as I came across this brand - A Brand which has no stand.
HDFC securities was formeranny known for its Human Resource and work culture.
It was considered to be a brand to work for. However after being a part of brand I have seen a lot of loop holes.
No policy for employee redressels. Employees not being treated in a rightous way. No process mAnasultangement that extends to any and every dept
No support from the senior mAnasultangement. Attrition @ 50% which is approx 26% higher than its own industry standards. No employee retention policy.And many more. In many more pls donot be a part of HDFC sec ever its like a torture to work with such stupendous brand
