I am the customer of HDFC for more than 10 years. I am using HDFC various credit cards since 9 years. I was allotted many cards like, platinum, titanium, titanium edge, money save like many cards I have used. There will be little bit difference can be found in these cards. But one thing is sure that you will get good customer relationship forever.
I have by mistakenly not paid amount ontime. But till date they have charged or put fine. But if it is found genuine they have reverted it. So I dint paid a single pie for my unfortunate mistakes.
But they see the previous records, if it found genuine they will weaver. But some banks are there if they put fine they ever, never returned to the customers.
Also they provide online loan approvals, wheres in some of the banks after completing a lots of proceedures too we wont get loan. So HDFC offers hassle free loans.
SO I RECOMMEND ALL HDFC CARDS to get. Best cards and best customer services. Also you get lot of offers from online to offline benefits from HDFC.
Dont Ask anybody about this product. Blindly you can take without any hesitation. THIS IS MY ASSURANCE
