Hi Friends,
I have been using HDFC Bank TITANIUM International credit card since 2 years. Till now I haven't faced any issues or disappointments with their service. Its one of the best and reliable credit card service in India now. They value their customers always. One of the best customer support too..
When I took the card in 2011, I got a credit limit of 40k initially. They have given me a personal loan of 20k with less% of interest (10%) after 6 months of usage and timely billpaymets, without any documents or service charges. This card was very helpful for me in many occasions when ever I am out of bugs in my account. If you pay your bills on time it will be a good companion for you always.
Now it has been 2 years and last month they have increased my credit limit to 70k and approved another personal loan for 50k with the same 10% of interest. Whenever I am in need of money they are giving me in fact :)
So I am very happy with their service till now and they never charged any hidden charges. But they give good offers very rarely. Also reward points are very less and we cant convert to money or bill payment.
Anyway its a good option if you are planning to go for a credit card.
