I have surrendered by HDFC Life Pension Super Plus policy No.17019664 after the expiry of its lock-in period on 30th August 2019. On submission, I was told a processing time of 7 working days but till date, after 10 days I am not getting any funds. The decision to surrender policy was due to the urgent requirement of funds, but none of your service representatives are able to solve the problem. Requesting you to kindly look into and process asap.
