I payed my premium online and the amount has been deducted from my credit card, After 5 days I received call from HDFC customer care representative that It has been failed.
But my credit card statement still shows that the payment was successful.
They have very poor servers, they do not record and display transaction details on their web portal.
For every small info you'll end up calling customer care, who doesn't have any clue on anything.
You'll end up stuck paying premium multiple times. Better opt for LIC.
