I am very disappoint with the service of HDFC Life. Customer service is very poor. In the year of 2011 one of the employee of HDFC Bank discuss with me a Plan of HDFC LIFE Policy(Crust). with investment of Rs.50, 000/- per year upto 5 Year. The plan is link with market. The plan is guaranteed returned. On the behalf of HDFC Bank I was invest the Money Rs.50, 000/-. after two month I don't get the policy bond. so I contact the branch for my policy bond. He told me please wait it will delivered shortly. But after next 1 month I don't get the Policy. I was complain to customer service but no any response. I was very disappointed for that type of service. Complete one year passed I don't get the policy.
After one year customer care call me for next year premium due Rs.50, 000/-. I asked her for my policy bond which is not delivered till date. Customer care told me, she will provide with in a week. but 5 year is complete I don't get the policy bond. So I break the policy after one year. This is my worst experience with HDFC LIFE.
