I applied for a HDFC general life insurance(proposal # 17851336) and sent the amount and even got my health check up done. The form at the health centre asks(as far as I recall)'Have you ever got health check up done'? I thought for it a while and committed a grave mistake of remembering a health check up done years back just for tracking my health before and after gymming. It was almost 2 years back and I don't have the reports.


From that day onwards I am asked to submit the report for the same since 20 days! I sent an email, I replied few times to the guys who call me, still it simply does'nt stop! it is fine reject a proposal if you guys feel the old health reports are so important!But here every alternate days some idiots from a call centre call and ask the same question and on getting my answer they say'ok' and ironically next day they have another idiot lined up to call and ask the same question. Even on sunday at 15:00 hours they call me!


What kind of corporate/professionally managed bank does that!
