These tele sales folks are a bunch of thieves willing to go to any extent to con simple and humble people.
Modus operandi 1: We will ensure that you don't lose money by selling old policies due to market variations or incomplete term.
Modus Operandi 2: We will give you the accumulated agent commission due to in-adequate service provided by agent.
With the above 2 ploys, the sales team will call you and introduce themselves as people from HDFC Life headquarters and the location can be delhi, gurgoan, pune etc. To start the first level executive will speak to you and then say I will transfer the call to my senior to explain things better. They will never share their email IDs and if u insist on email ID, it will not be an company mail ID. These people are plain sales executives from some shady organizations associated with HDFC life.
They will make you buy policy "HDFC Classic Assure" or "Sampoorna Samruddhi" & will forge your signatures on the forms & once you buy these policies none of the sales people will return your calls.
I have received calls from numbers 9266808809(Mr. Ashish Agarwal), 9266808823(Mr. Vikas Gupta), Mr. Asghar: 09980545972, Mr. Sachin Singh: 08510997464, Mr. Amit: 07503893102, 01206404252 etc. & now nobody picks up the phone.
