Hi,
I bought a online policy click2invest on 23rd of march, while buying the policy I selected for 5 years premium payment terms, but upon submission I realized its showing 20 years for premium paying terms also.
I have tried reaching the customer support to update this through mail and phone also, but they are simply ignoring and wasting my time so the policy lock in period is over.
Can you please help me in this asap.
