I have purchased a policy of HDFC through Indiainfo agent Kavita Kumari from Delhi they made promises of medical cards and rider and refund after 10 yrs.
They send me a traditional policy which gives me no increment in value after 10 yrs investing 36000 per yr after 10 yrs get 219557 payment term 7 yrs pay 252000 and get back 220000.
NO MEDICAL CARD AND NO RIDER. Made a complaint but customer care is giving standard reply.
NOT ONLY AGENT BUT HDFC is also a fraud company...
