I have purchased the online term insurance plan "click to protect" from HDFC after seeing 4k premium for 25 lacs coverage ad. Actually I should have searched online for the reviews before wasting my money. I have paid the money 3 weeks back and provide all the required documents. Till now they have not even acknowledged it.
I sent some mails to the online customer care, but I have received no replies. Phone customer care is not even operational(They have given some number, but it will not be answered by anybody)
Now I am thinking that my money is given to some charity. Dont want to waste any more time or energy to chase this cheaters.
My Message to all - Dont waste your hard earned money. Keep away from HDFC LIFE.
