I had read all bad reviews about HDFC life on the internet. So I was skeptical about buying but I decided to go ahead.
I have bought the policy without any hassles unlike mentioned in all the reviews. I was prompt in uploading my documents as asked. I filled the proposal form carefully. Then I was asked to go for a medical exam for a 50 lakh sum for 25 year policy. All in all no where did I face any problem. The customer support was very prompt. I had bought the policy through Policy Bazaar though.
I really hope my family does not have to en cash the policy.
