Poor service and CRM uses customer money for their own benefits and profits in career.
This is not expected by an national level highly reputed banking organization.
Very cheap tricks and policies used by HDFC customer relation ship manager.

Tried all possible attempts to cancel the policy and get a refund withing look up period. they still manage to have a cancellation letter authorize by me in the name of process and to recover her personal loss stating that after one month money would be refund. however after submitting letter there is no response from CRM / Manager.
