Life insurance is becoming common since it proves helpful in future.I listened about hdfc life insurance and taken 50000/year for 10 years policy.
First time when I visited hdfc life insurance company to take insurance, they forced me to take the policy.Again and again calls were coming from hdfc regarding the insurance.i was annoyed by their calls.
Finally I took the insurance but after that no calls regarding policy framing, its processing etc.I need to personally go company to gather all these details.
Also they were polite during the time when I took insurance and after that they were very cruel.
They contains wide range of plans but their customer service is poor.My claim settlement was very much late and took 1.5 months to settle my claim.
Their policy contains too much hidden terms and conditions which are unknown to the customer.
