I bought a Hdfc life insurance term plan through policybazaar.com on the 10th, April'15. All documents uploaded. Since then I am being repeatedly asked to upload the same documents almost daily, by email from hdfc. The executives in the customer care have no coordination with the operations team it seems.
Cust care says, all documents are well received. Yet the support team keeps sending me emails to resend the docs again n again. The policy bazaar 3 different guys call up 3 times daily to ask what is the status and that he is looking into the matter with hdfc, whereas they dont seem to have a coordination within them. My money is stuck with hdfclife.
I dont know when will they book my medicals, when will I get the policy or not. And they dont have the courtesu to even call me up and let me know the status of my case, since the past one week. I hope, I can come back and write a better review. As of now, I AM IN DARK.
