Pathetic experience and not at all responsive is the HDFC customer care, they are super worst. If you make any written ask or complain then they don't have any courtesy to respond even back. We as a customer just keep following them and they even don't care, not sure where they are busy, why even bank paying them even their salary. They don't respond and after a long time even if you are able to talk to then they will ask to visit the branch and nothing happen.It's WORST.
