The inspection officer sanctioned the claim for my Honda Civic for rs 45000 for a damage in front bumper and headlight.
After the work being carried out in the service center they rejected claim saying that the name in the rc book and insurance not matching though the engine no chassis no everything same. It was their responsibility to check before issuing the insurance in first place.
Secondly the insurance person who was sanctioning the claim should have informed it before commencement of work. When I called the main claim officer he was rudely denying everything and I had to pay the whole amount from my pocket. I would not recommend taking their policy to anyone. Banaji alliance is really good one.
