Last month midd off I called to your Helpline Regarding to know about Last date of Credit Card payment . they given clarification.
Which I asked and after the call they try to cross selling one mediclam policy and they ask several details about that after that they transferred the call to verificatio department that time I refused to Accept the Policy
Because I don't have any interest to Buy this so I just disconnected that call but she activated policy on my card so again I got call from her and she told to me my you disconnected the call policy has been Activated and call hase been transferred to verification department and last she told to me another 15 days the document will give u through
Postal that time you if you have not interested you can call the help line and you can Cancel this policy but still I didn't receive any Documents. And also I Called the Helpline she said she can't cancel the policy Actually really I don't need this policy. So please cancel my policy
