I had never saw this type service in my Life. No one cooperate with customer. Zamrudpur Branch Employee Don't have manner and talking sense with customer. Very irritating employees in Zamrudpur HDFC Branch. I am closing my account with this bank.
If you want to change phone number, you need to wait around a week. HDFC Customer care is Nightmare. HDFC Customer care asking for HDFC Card number and ATM Pin number. IF you mistakenly lost your phone number you can't generate your pin and can not contact customer service.
