Hi Users,
Never ever go with HDFC home loan .They are showing quarter profits with your processing fee .
Horrible don't go with HDFC home loan its worse of all.they don't have any checklist and they will take off your processing fee without having a basic check of your and property documents.they will not refund your processing fee for which you need to waste your time.very bad experiance especially there is manager Saikumar(he don't even lift the call to clearly inform you what is happening in your loan process) ->Hyderabad, Madhapur Branch for name sake even when you submit documents there is no proper checklist to see whether basic things are there or not.in my case property was not having RERA which they would have asked builder on 1st day itself and took the respective docs for which they took 50 days by taking processing fee and atlast they are saying they cant process.but this could have identified on 1st day of loan process.they wasted time and money.unmatured process.after 45 days being a manager Saikumar is asking me in call whether plan was approved before 2017, Feb or after 2017 Feb for the document which was submitted on first day.see the value of customer for these people.
They have sent the offer letter for loan to my home address by checking my side documents.it was offered me on sept 26th, 2019 and it reached my address on october 24th, 2019.30 days what the hell of service this is.?
Its a worst bank to go for Home Loan.
