This is a negative review. Initially I was fan of this Bank for its prompt customer services. Still it is my primary bank for all transaction. But recently I have passed through the worst experience.
I have been trying to open a Demat Account since last 3 months, can you imagine? I am not joking. They came and collected documents twice, still no response. It is true that I have not been seriously chased them, but question is why I have to do that?
The fact is that they know they are second largest private Bank and flying. Not bothered abt customer.
I will not recommend this bank to anybody.
