I havent open the account by myself, but I have to open an account in this bank because of the job purpose, This was my ist salary account to any bank of india. they came to my office to open an account, I was shocked by watching this, that the salesperson of this bank was so desperate to open an account he was quickly done this job, any way I was impressed to see this.
Then for 14 months I maintained this account, After that I quit my job, and I had already created a personal account in sbi bank, which was for saving purpose, so after 2 -3 months, HDFC officials call me, and told me to maintain the average money in a quarterly basis, They told me they will charge penalty to not maintain the avg money in the account,
After this next month I need to borrow some money, so I cashed out from HDFC atm, but then after 2-3 days I checked my atm card in bank, I saw Rs 3560 /- is less in the account. I instantly called to the bank I told the whole story, after hearing this they told me that the amount was deducted for NOT TO MAINTAIN A AVERAGE MONEY IN SAVING ACCOUNT,
They literally dont inform me, they dont explain me this situation, They just suddenly deducted the hard work money from my account
