I have a HDFC bank Current account in your Belgaum branch exclusively for EDC swiping of cards. For over 18 months I have not been charged any rental for the machine.
But now I have been charged a rental of Rs.495 per month. How do u expect a small retailer to make a turnover of Rs.2 lakh when the rental is waived off. The worst part is how is that after 18 months the rental has come in,
Why now ?What CAn I do ? I cant charge the coustmer also as all my products are under MRP. The funiest part other banks are not charing and when I opened the account I was also told that There wont be any rental.
Now in this kind of a situation what can I do? I am helpless but need to close my account.Has any one gone through like this anytime
