I have opened account in HDFC dated on 21/10/2016, They had given the kit on 24th Oct 2016 by coming to my home and they took cheque worth Rs 1, 11, 000 as of now they have not deposited and there is no response from bank side. How many days you people will take to open the application. Why the Agara Lake branch people are taking so much time else I am going cancel my account as there is no response from HDFC. If hdfc guys are unable to give the account they can directly say that we can't give account. In that case why they took my cheque?
Is the people are having any responsibility or not?
The phone bank people are telling that we don't have any contact number for the branch and if you give compliant also will take one week?
Bank people said that one week is required for opening the account but now it is more than 10 working days and no proper response?
