I am an HDFC Bank customer since 2010. The staff at the branch is a boon to the bank. The phone banking service is good but the options at some time are very confusing hence they could be simple and sometimes I have to visit branch as I am unable to select the correct option.
The ATM network is good and always up and running. I also use them as landmarks when trying to search some adress or person is coming to meet me.
We cannot blame and judge the bank due to demonetisation or "Note Bandi" as all the ATMs were not loaded with enough cash and this is something which all banks suffered. But they managed things well.
The customer service both at bank and on phone till now has been good and have not faced any challenge.
The internet banking interface is very good but they need to improve few tabs. Adding benificiary sometimes become difficult as the page is not responsive on some browsers and same goes with recharge and bill pay option. Mobile application needs more option to be added.
As a whole its a nice bank and they are doing great. They are customer centered and give attention to detail. It is easy to get loans and credit card if you have good credit standing and correct documents.
